A true original oushak will only come from Turkey – As they say you can call it Champagne when it is from Champagne. Our Fine Oushak are as close as the Turkish Oushaks, as we have used the best available long fiber New Zealand Wool and exposing it to a family recipe of dyeing to get the hues and shades in the colors and then using some of the master weavers to carefully weave knots into designs, then washing the rug as closely as was done in Turkey.
